Hello, I'm Seeta and I am a self-taught digital illustrator, maker and Etsy shop owner currently living in Port Macquarie, a regional town on the mid-north coast of NSW, Australia. Being surrounded by the natural beauty of beaches and national parkland, inspiration is on my doorstep, as my work is heavily influenced by the natural world.
I have been drawing since I can remember and have lovely memories of being sprawled on the floor surrounded by coloured pencils. As I grew older, I studied graphic design and worked professionally in fashion and design administration and it wasn’t until my early 30s I decided I was going to take up illustration seriously. My past experiences in retail, fashion and graphic design have aided me greatly as a freelancer and running my Etsy shop.
When I am not illustrating, I am either cooking, attempting to garden, taking long walks along the coast or through the bush and playing with my two cat babies, Peanut and Sadie. I am a homebody, so I love being at home, in my garden, in my studio and in my kitchen.
I hope my illustrations bring you joy through colour and connect you with the beauty of nature that surrounds us all.
